During a recent visit to this establishment, my friend experienced significant inconvenience due to the manager, David. The little guy, the encounter was characterized by rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of professionalism, resulting in dissatisfaction.Considering the inconvenience my friend faced, it's advisable to weigh the decision before choosing to visit this store. It is my hope that the management takes note of such feedback and implements improvements for a more positive and enjoyable customer experience in the future

This company as a whole does not deserve to be in business. I’ve been scammed multiple times by the company. But this store in particular went above and beyond when it came to trying to scam people. Ever notice how your representative on the phone explains the bill in ways that make no sense using words like prorated and billing cycle? This is just their way of making their scam make some kind of sense. Heard these words specifically from the representative trying to “help me”. All the manager cared about was his sales. Stop using T-Mobile, they need to be put out of business they do nothing but steal our hard earned money. The list of things I could explain would go on forever. They put a tablet on my account and refused to remove it from my bill and all. These reps will do anything to gain your sales including lie to you about what you are signing up for and what kind of bill you will be looking at. I am taking them to court, ive had enough. We work too hard for these sleeve balls to come just take our money instead of them getting a real job that earns money.My husband went to this location to upgrade his phone against my wishes now months later, and the same exact female employee and manager instead convinced him he needed to add 2 more lines instead, and didn’t upgrade his phone. I don’t know how they do their scams, but obviously the female employee is a professional scam artist. She advised him that since they didn’t have the phone he wanted to upgrade that he should instead add 2 more lines and go to a different store to get the phone and activate it under a totally new line and sent him away with 2 SIM cards. He picks me up from home. We head to the store I always use in Chelsea, and their employee advises us not only that this was a total waste of our time and unnecessary but also that she wouldnt reverse it because it wasn’t her mistake and I completely understand that. I had my husband go back to the store and he had them reverse everything they screwed up, and demanded his money back because she charged him for adding the lines that we did not need. 4 days later my husband finally got his upgraded phone. From a different store. This is months after the 1st bad review I posted. U can only edit reviews u cannot post new ones. So all in all, this entire store needs a new manager and a whole new team that doesn’t have scam artists trying to scam each and every customer they get. I suggest the female employee and manager maybe try a different career like maybe street pharmacist or maybe a hand in human trafficking. More up your alley. People like this don’t deserve a spot in society.

Had problem with the new phone; The manager David and staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. We will never go back to this store and waste our time again; we rather goto other tmobile store or switch to other carrier than dealing with David and his crew again!!!

Great time upgrading my dad to a new phone and also getting a free apple watch on T-Mobile with there excellent deals. Shout out to Jey (assistant manager) for being very kind and friendly throughout this process. Highly suggest this location and speaking with Jey. All employees were very friendly as well. Very informative, friendly and patient staff. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name maybe Jason. Customer service here would be the reason why this will be my new go to TMobile store and definitely NOT the one in Malden who decided the best question to ask to troubleshoot the lack of service on my phone was "have you paid your bill?" UMMM EXCUSE ME WHAT?!

The manager David is extremely unprofessional. The employees are nice but need more communication between the team. David didn’t know how to speak to us in a professional way and was extremely rude. T-Mobile, if you want people to switch to your company you need to be cautious of who is running your stores.

Had an awful experience there the so called manager David is extremely rude arrogant and unprofessional and useless.He has no skill whatsoever to hold that title. To bad that there are other employees that does hold the skills that a manager should have , James for an exemple jump in the situation took care of us in another words did the job that the manager should have done.Please think twice walking in this store , you will have nothing but disappointment .

Great Experience coming into this location! Just bought a sync up drive and David was so professional explaining the benefits and so patient with explaining the bill, etc. Daury is an excellent associate and I will be visiting this store and referring all my family and friends. Exclusively.Thanks
