Took my pickup in for AC work which was done on Monday. Picked up the truck Monday afternoon and noticed I had very little cool air coming from the duct. Did not drive the truck on Tuesday but drove it Wednesday and NO COOL AIR only very hot air as it was like 90 degrees. Called Sullivan's Wednesday at noon and was told to drop it off on Thursday morning. Received a call later in the morning telling me they found another leak, this time in the condenser as the first leak they found was the lower Schrader valve. The first service cost me $ 285.29
Was told they could not replace the condenser for a week or more because their machine was broken. I ask the price and was quoted $ 1033. And change.
Being a elder senior citizen I feel like I was scared and ripped off. $ 285.29 and no AC.

Sullivan Tire is my "go to". It's my first thought for tires and other repairs. This visit was scheduled online and I was taken in on time and was complete faster than promised. There is always a location conveniently nearby.

Took our truck in for an oil change and they didn’t put oil back in the truck. Pretty disappointing but oh well just proves why you should change your own oil.

I Always take my car to Sullivan Tire! Their Customer Service is unmatched! They are Quick, Reliable, Efficient, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. I would especially like to acknowledge Geno Lane. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and made sure my appointment went smoothly. Such a Great Team and Location!

I’ve lived at the Avalon right behind the Saugus location for 3 years and I’ve only been able to get my wife’s vehicle serviced twice. I have a fleet vehicle that has never been able to serviced because there’s 1-2 technicians. I always offer to leave it all day, but the response is always the same, “we can only do so many oil changes in a day.” Bays are empty and the parking lot only has a few cars. I have to go to Firestone in Revere, which always works out, but I’d love to drop my vehicle at the shop that’s 100 yards away from me.

You folks do a great job. It’s an “in and out” experience for a very fair price. I tried Midas recently because I had a coupon and the service was awful. I plan to only use Sullivan Tire moving forward. Thank you.

Horrible experience. Went for an alignment. The manager was rude. I was told he had only 2 people there doing work. I would stay away from this place.

I had a nail in my tire and they swueezed me in thr next day. I forgot my wallet and the manager let me go home and call in my card. Service was prompt and everyone was friend. Added plus was I got to go next door to the Grille house while I waited. I highly recommend!
