Awful grocery store. They only have 1 cashier and it’s an 80 year old woman who barely moves and does not talk when you ask something just move her head. Why don’t you have more cashier they want you to use the self check out then if I’m doing myself they should give me a discount since they’re saving money on cashiers. Also they charge for bags. Ridiculous

The Saugus, MA. store has one of the worst pharmacies in town. They didn't auto-renew my subscription, even when I specifically asked for it, causing me to miss out on my medications. Now, they text me to tell me that my medications are ready, and when I show up, they are not. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love the staff at this Pharmacy. So personable and try their hardest to accommodate all of your needs as soon as possible and move quickly. I wish they had a better delivery of medication system but I hear that they are in the process of expanding. Definitely recommend using this pharmacy.

I was in Stop and Shop yesterday afternoon at the Square One Mall and an Elderly man was in the line in front of me. He took out a debit card to pay for his order which came to $123 and some change, he was declined with his credit card and told the cashier he only had $80. The cashier took a couple of items off and he said he didn't want to take anything else out so she called the manager came over and asked what happened, she took her wallet out of her pocket and paid for the balance of the order. I thought she went above and beyond and she should definitely be recognized. I think her name was Donna it was about maybe 4:00 PM Friday the 13th. Hope the store will recognize her kindness in this awful time we are in right now.

Well I love this location because they offer plant based proteins but vegans, vegetarians and anyone wanting plant based foods beware--they have chicken and turkey and other meats in the section specifically labeled plant based (see pictures)! This is very discouraging especially for someone who cannot eat meat!! I did give this place two stars because of the fresh baked bread in the bakery. It smelled amazing and tasted even better when I had it at home!

This store has gone downhill fast. The last 2 trips in have been brutal.i get people want to automate the experience but this store has gone too far. One of the cashiers gave me attitude because I didn't give her my card....note there were no baggers and I was doing the bagging when she asked. Long lines every time, management doesn't seem to care. There are plenty of options in the area and my Loyalty only goes so far when the customer experience is so poor.
