Went in last weekend with a sports memorabilia item and was given an offer. Told them I would have to think about it. I went back today and was offered 47% less. That is bad business. Unbelievable!

I never been so lowballed my entire life! If you want to get ripped off this is the place for you! Just a bunch of kids working here.Thanks for your response Phil, the kid working there gave me a price on about 10 slabs and offered me Pennies. Waste of my time. Maybe you don’t try to rip everyone off all the time but this time was utterly ridiculous. If your kids keep that up your 38 year run will be coming to an end.Phil, wasn’t busy at all. Even if it was how can you let that get in the way of handling business? Just blatant disrespect and thought they would get one over on me. The offer was so low I just took my stuff and left. Waste of my time and everyone else’s involved. You get a 1 star when a 1 star is called for. If you want good reviews get better staff.

I haven't been to Sports World since the Everett store awhile ago. I had a Dom DiMaggio autograph ball. I wish I had Joe as well. Phil the owner is outstanding great professional etiquette. He's very fair ? outgoing and makes the customer feel at ease talking about what your seeking. If you want one of the Best people in business and you want to give someone a gift for the holidays or Birthday or special occasion. Phil store you won't go wrong. I hope to visit the Saugus store eventually when I,m up the North Shore. I wish everyone in business was like Phil. I do remember he's a Yankee fan I wouldn't hold that against him lol.

Went with my 10 year old son. They were super polite while looking at his hockey card collection and listening to his stories. Cute dog as well!

Love meeting 10 of the 1970 Stanley Cup winning Boston Bruins. Sportworld has tons of pictures and memorabilia. Highly recommend.

Only seen outside of SportsWorld but have asked othercollectors in my area and9 out of 10 spoke nice things about the place.The one person who didn't have 1 nice thing to say is thesame person,when askedalways gives you negative things about anyplace I askhim about.I'll go with the 9 who have something good about SportsWorld.

I have been to Sportsworld many times.. and have never been disappointed. If you need custom and personalized framing, the best I've seen.. many autographed prints and collectibles ..ask for Phil, he is amazing!

I just started collecting again and they have a great mix of cards both old and new. They always give you a good deal and if you ask their opinion they are honest and not just chasing a buck by recommending the highest priced items.
