I was looking for a particular shoe at the Saugus Route one location unfortunately the only one available was a 10 and I was looking for a 12 I mentioned to Mr. Jimenez that there wasn’t a 12 on the shelf and would he check to see if he had any in the back, there wasn’t one, but said to give him a minute checked the computer Online nothing Checked other stores and found two in size 12 And arranged to have them sent to my house, Mr. Jimenez went way above and beyond in an effort to make a sale and satisfy a customers need, he is an asset to the company and should be recognized as so A Company name is only a name. It’s the employees like Mr. Jimenez who give it it’s worth I can’t tell you how much I appreciated Mr. Jimenez finding these shoes. Good job Thank you very much. Greatly appreciated.
