Walked in to store, noticed a person having asthma attack. I asked if needed anything. They needed a paper towel. I proceeded to clerk and asked for paper towel he said no. How about a napkin or tissue, NO you must purchase. Nope will not purchase from this dirty store. Price gouging j****

There is no sign on the door stating "no mask no service". People are still walking in to the store with no masks and when the afternoon/evening guy is asked why he is allowing them in he stares out into space and pretends he doesn't hear. He chooses not to comment so I guess he has his eye on the revenue. Shame on him for not caring because he is safe hiding behind the glass. To the town park your car out there after 1 and just count the unmasked and wonder why the numbers are going up. Shame on you Saugus Convenience for not keeping the people that contribute to your store safe. To Scott Crabtree thank you for your phone messages now if you look out your window you will see your first offender right near the rotary.

A****** who works the night shift decided he wants to close early ,after I checked out their hours online and they're supposed to be OPEN until 11p, flew there and got to the store right as it turned 10:55p, I run up to the door to find it locked, and the dude is already counting out his register. He didn't just do that s*** the s*** must have been closed at least 10 minutes before he was supposed to. Dude just ignored me, as I'm saying, you guys are supposed to be open till 11p, it's still 5 minutes away, all I need is a pack of cigarettes! He finally comes over and says it was only a couple of minutes, dude didn't just lock the door it had been locked as I drove up the lights were off in the front, he was already well into counting out his draw! I was pissed and called him out, it wasn't a couple minutes, he closed about 10 minutes early, because I had called at 10:50 and no one answered, but I thought maybe they were busy with a customer, so I just flew over there so I could get there BEFORE THEY CLOSED! ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THAT P**** DECIDED, F*** OUR HOURS OF OPERATION, I WANT TO GO HOME EARLY! F*** THE CUSTOMERS WHO BELIEVE THAT WE'RE OPEN UNTIL 11P BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT WE POST ONLINE!!! F*** YOU! YOU'RE A POS!!! THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND GAS! If you don't want to stay open till 11p, then DON'T F****** POST THAT YOU'RE OPENED TILL 11P!!!!
