Saugus Animal Hospital and Dr. Anderson are the very best! I've been bringing my cats there for years and they always go above and beyond. The care they receive is thorough and complete and never rushed. All questions are answered and I recommend them 100%.

I have two rescued pups now 2 years old. They were very sick and underweight upon arrival. Since I've been taking them to SAH, the care and attention to them has been outstanding. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, super helpful at all times. The clinical staff is incredibly gifted in what they do, each time we go, whether for a regular check up or not, clear explanations follow the visit as well as calls post office visit, if needed. They're responsive via email, text or a call, I have never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from them. I am very pleased with the services and care all around. If anyone is in search of a new vet, hands down I recommend SAH. Their new app is fantastic, super easy to use and helpful.

Very caring people. I , or I should say my, 11 dogs, have been clients of Saugus Animal Hospital since the 1980's when Dr. Halprin was the owner. I had 2 German Shepherd pups back then. Dr. Binder took over after that and he and his staff have given the best of care to a bunch of rescue dogs since then. The present day ownership has carried on in the example set from the past. I presently have 2 rescue dogs I got last November as well as a rescue dude I have had for almost 10 years.I bring them all to Saugus for the good care and nice folks.

We love Saugus Animal Hospital as the entire staff. We are LONG time clients there and have had many dogs come and go, with many Shelties currently in our family. The care, concern and attention we receive- and knowing a phone call at ANY time is never an interruption or bother to any staff member, is worth its weight in gold. We appreciate all of you. We mixed up the time of our 1st visit. The hospital was kind enough to call us, and allow us to arrive 30mins late to the appt. All without compromising our puppy's care during her 1st visit to the vet!!

My Sister & I are new to the practice along with our pride & joy, Mollee. The front desk ladies are excellent. Very pleasant and friendly. Our Vet is Dr. Anderson and Sarah (don't know Sarah's position/title) are outstanding. They are an excellent team.
