I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Salon 345! I have worked with each of them for different services, and they all bring something special to the salon. Denise, Jayme, Melissa, Nikkole, and Mariana will treat you like family. This full service salon truly is Saugus' Best Salon!

Excellent!! I had my hair cut by Nikki and it is beautiful. I arrived early and Jamie was able to wax my eyebrows before my hair appointment. I feel like a million bucks. And... their prices were reasonable. Well worth it. I would recommend to anyone! 5 stars!!!!

What I love about this place is the staff and the other customers are great. I always find a chuckle, everyone is always so upbeat and positive and I've never had a bad experience. I've had hair, nails and pedicure. Ecstatic with each visit. Marianna did my nails and pedicure and Denise has done my hair. And she's HONEST. A great salon, like that I look and feel pretty and love the atmosphere!

This is the first salon I visited and utilized when we moved to the New England area. Nikkole and the rest of the gals are the sweetest, they always have fun stories to share, and the environment is warm and inviting. Like visiting your auntie or cousins house with the added benefit of a salon!I can't say enough about how much this place helped me grow more comfortable in the area. I can't wait to visit again!
