I wish I could give more stars for this, because this was some of the most exceptional customer service I have ever received! MASSIVE SHOUTOUT TO JOEY!
I was driving on the highway, and unfortunately ended up behind a truck that lost a can of paint. Such a freak accident thing to happen, but unfortunately the paint got all over my blue car and painted it white. I immediately went to the car wash and Joey went above and beyond. While waiting to enter the garage to wash, Joey was attempting to scrub the car and power wash it. I was able to go through the wash again and Joey helped my friends and I peel some of the paint off the bottom of the car when I got out. I was able to get a good amount off upon leaving. Joey went far beyond what was expected of him, and it was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this car wash to anyone especially now that I have had an experience with someone that was so compassionate and cared about helping to get my car as clean as it could be before leaving. He spent a lot of time helping and was wonderful!

Don't know if you changed detergents or your not cleaning your water filters but when I get home my car is filty not worth waisting 20 dollars

This was my first time coming here. Instructions were very easy. Signs gave details of what each level of cleaning included along with the price. Lighted signs told you when to enter the car wash, stop and put it in park, move forward so dryers can dry your car. Then they have a wipe down area. I will definitely be returning.

Always packed, dryer was bad. Soap got stuck in my mirrors that never washed off. I spent $20, went back the next day and requested to go through again and get a proper cleaning. The guy working there was unhelpful and declined any assistance. I used the light touch and I'm 90% certain I scraped my car. I did not bother asking for help, maybe I should have asked for a manager.

We really like to use Route 1 Car Wash in Saugus as our go-to place for washing the outside of our car and cleaning the inside. When the inside part of Route 1 is open/staffed during normal business hours, you can exchange cash for quarters so you can vacuum your vehicle, and even purchase any cleaning supplies you may have forgotten at home. Highly recommend Route 1 Car Wash!
