I brought my car here after I was in an accident that left significant damage to my passenger side bumper, fender, and door. Sullivan helped me file the claim with my insurance company and took care of everything. He then returned my car to me good as new. You would never know that it had been in an accident. He also got it detailed for me before giving it back, which was above and beyond my expectations. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I've been to lots of mechanics who really take advantage of my lack of knowledge to charge an arm and a leg for minimal work, but that wasn't my experience here at all. Sullivan went above and beyond to fix my car. If I need anything in the future, I won't hesitate to bring my car back to Pro Collision.

Faxed over detailed quote from insurance provider (under $200), scheduled a drop-off date and time. Sounds pretty straightforward right! Ended up dropping my car off with a complete stranger (a guy who seemed to work in the garage next door who had to call the owner) due to no one picking up the phone on my way over prior to drop-off (not a good feeling), let alone in the building. Not one phone call with updates (it has been a week) to be notified that my insurance company was billed over $1500! This is not my first rodeo, its just ironic that I chose this place because it had great reviews! Btw, called them at opening time this morning to no answer (left a voicemail).

I sent my car to be fixed by Sullivan of pro collision Center, Saugus. And , I couldn't be happier. My accident was a minor one, but all the sides of my car had a scratch or a dent from previous accidents. Pro collision center made my car looking like brand new. I was so happy, that I was grateful that somebody hit my rear, because thanks to this accident , I had the opportunity and luck to have found Sullivan that fixed my entire car for an excellent deal. My car was in good hands and for now on, he will be the only one that I will trust my car. I highly recommend Pro collision Center.

When I was researching auto body shops in the area to get my tail light replaced, this was the only shop that talked pricing with me over the phone. They're also very upfront with you and don't try to up-sell you. I'll definitely be coming back!
