A suggestion from members is to enforce a rule that if rest time exceeds five minutes, users should sit in the massage chairs or beds, as some wait long periods for equipment. Additionally, the absence of hand sanitizing stations has been noted, which could improve the overall experience for germ-conscious visitors.
