My job requires me to visit this mall weekly & I often stop in here to see the puppies (bring myself joy)..but no joy is ever felt. The conditions these poor puppies live in is horrendous! Tiny "tanks" with only air holes on one side & forced to drink from a water dispenser (like rodents use!) Most of the puppies look sick & very sad..they don't even stand up when you walk over to their tank. They all have dry noses & are emaciated. Sometimes one will run over when I approach the tank & start jumping/pawing at me as if to say "please save me!" It breaks my heart & literally makes me tear up. The icing on the cake is that they charge over $3,000 per puppy & oftentimes they are never bought and continue to make their way to different store locations & God knows if they survive puppyhood. So sad!!

We got a puppy here few months ago and it’s had nothing but issues, we have spent thousands on vet bills. They stated good bill of health which was completely false. Our vet and insurance reached out to tell them to stop selling puppies asap due to the sickness of our pup and its contagious to other pups sadly they didn’t listen.
