I had an amazing experience with Logan at the Walmart in epping. I’m not one to write reviews but he was so helpful and courteous to me and my wife, he even helped install our screen protector perfectly. Thanks again Logan!

I love this place because they have amazing deals and they deal with multiple carriers. They also have the price in phones and accessories. So many people end up buying their phones elsewhere but buy accessories here because they did not know that Walmart had these offers. If you have At&t, Verizon or Sprint you can add a line, upgrade or even activate a smartwatch here while keeping the same plan that you have! They also cater to prepaid carriers like straight talk and Tracfone. Whether you are looking for Samsung, Apple or Motorola phones you will find it at Walmart!

The OSL team at Saugus is Top Tier! They are very knowledgeable about the products that they are selling and work as a team. I never knew that you could buy a phone from Walmart... I am soooo old school ??. They went above and beyond to install apps on my phone for me and other things I was having trouble with... I was super impressed because I never experienced the same kind of service at T-Mobile, etc. I definitely recommend OSL at Saugus!
