I've went to them twice now for my Ford Fusion and Audi A4. They do a fantastic job. They make any damage totally disappear my cars look like new again. I've gone to another body shop in Saugus before and did not get the same quality of work this place does. They really do good work I highly recommend.

I had such a nice experience at Melorse Auto Body! My car was accidentally scratched by a brick that feel from a bridge and the guys here made it look like new at a very reasonable price. Very grateful to have found this place and I will recommend it to everyone around. Thank you!

I had a dent that chipped the paint on the roof of my beloved 10 year old Golf R as well as a spot of rust on the rear hatch that I wanted to keep from spreading. A good buddy recommended Melrose Auto Body, and even though there are many shops close to me in Beverly, I wisely decided to go here. Sal was very straightforward in his assessment and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. He will be my go-to for any future work.

Took my new gmc acadia here since he was suggested to me. It took a while but that was to be expected since it's hard to get parts right now and it also needed mechanical work. When I picked up the truck it looked brand new. The front left quarter panel was in really bad shape. He always answered my calls and was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional job done to their vehicle.

If you want old school attention to detail, friendly service and decent prices , Sal is the guy. He has done multiple jobs for me and has always been honest and professional. Great prep work, nice color matching and attention to detail are always excellent. In the age of being treated like a number and well thats the way it is, these guys are a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them.

I had an exceptional experience with Melrose Auto Body. After receiving an OUTRAGEOUS quote from a different highly rated Melrose auto shop I decided to get an estimate from Melrose Auto Body. The estimate he provided was HALF the cost of the other estimate and on top of that the interaction I had with the owner was incredibly fair, honest and just generally pleasant. I left feeling confident that the work he quoted me for was the work I needed done - he clearly wasn't trying to just get as much money from me as possible and that made all the difference. I had the work I needed done at Melrose Auto Body and it was top-notch. They returned my car looking brand-new (inside, AND out..such a bonus!). In addition, he must have noticed that my back tail light was out (something I had failed to mention as I planned to replace it myself) and while doing the work he replaced the light at NO COST and without even letting me know he'd done it. Talk about a random act of kindness!!! I truly can't recommend Melrose Auto Body highly enough and encourage anyone in need of work to support this small business.

I am a new driver, and backed my father's brand new truck into a telephone pole. He's very particular about his cars, so we were worried that it would not drive the same after being fixed. We just got the truck back and it looks brand new and drives perfectly. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
