Giving three stars- five stars for Howard, who was awesome. One/zero stars for Mattress Firm in general. Granted it’s ultimately my fault, but I thought by purchasing from here I was saving money. I purchased using the website and by the time I got done buying everything necessary - the bed, the box spring, the frame (which even though I asked, was not included in the purchase so my elderly mother had to sleep on just mattress and box spring for a few nights) and delivery/removal, it was just as expensive, if not more than going to a more reputable furniture store. Not to mention the fact that even though it was purchased on-line and therefore not able to try, it will be more than $200 to attempt to make any returns. That’s all in the very fine print.Won’t be purchasing from here again. Buyer beware. Do your homework. I didn’t have time to and it cost me.

Howard at the Mattress Firm in Saugus was great! He was so kind and funny and really worked hard to make sure I got what I needed. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He’s very responsive and tries hard to get you the best deal possible. Thank you, Howard!! Would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to reach out to him.

Absolutely love my Purple Grid!Howard was a huge help! He showed me several options and was very knowledgeable. He easily ordered the mattress I wanted, set up financing options and delivery. I was sleeping in my new bed in a matter of days!If you're thinking about a new mattress, definitely go see Howard!

Amazing service. The mattress was going to be out of stock so Howard had his wife bring one to me from NH and then delivered it to me personally after his work hours. We love the mattress. Thank you very much.

Howard went over and above to help me place my order on a warrenty. He was very professional even after reaching out to support to process my order and his support hung up on him and after calling back they transferred him. He had to overcome a couple obstacles due to the order and numbers but remained professional and calm. I was in the same store a week or so before when there was another associate who was quite abrupt and I ended up leaving. Im very thankful Howard was there to help me upon my return to the store. Other customers walked in and he greeted them while on hold with support. He multi tasked and while on hold and had another customer sign to pick up an order. Howard, thank you for the wonderful customer service you provide.

Howard S. sold me my mattress! He is an expert when it comes to finding the perfect mattress to suit your needs and has the best customer service ive seen in years!
