Had the best experience two girls were very helpful I wish I got they’re names but anyway they helped me get some dresses to try on and while I was buying a dress they were the biggest hype team for me telling me how great I’ll look and I appreciate it so much I could cry

today I left the store (Madrag) in the square one mall very upset that the store manager Michelle accused my son of stealing an item because she said we were acting suspicious and told me that he had something in his pocket. I proceeded to check my sons pockets since I was assuming she had seen him take something but no she did not see him take anything and still accused. My son is part of the LGBTQ community and he has a hard time feeling comfortable looking in the girl section and was getting overwhelmed and emotional so that must of been her reason for us looking SUSPICIOUS. This is no way of treating long time customers and my family and I will no longer be contributing to your store. I am very upset and I hope Michelle does not treat any other customers like that.

One star is too much. I have been in this store a couple times and I can tell they have THE WORST EMPLOYEES EVER, they make you feel bad, they are rude all the time, they don't know anything about costumer service

I really liked this story . But, today 10/20/21 at 7:25 I was there ready to buy and tried some dresses on and the cashier lady ( wearing all black with glasses) gave me a really bad attitude. I asked her a question about the fitting room and she replied me really bad . I really wanted to buy those dresses but with her attitude and the way she treats the clients I said no thank you . Please check how employees treat customers . That’s not right .

When I asked about the return policy I was told all I would need was a receipt in original tags on the items I bought I said thank you have a great day when I went to go return the items I was told that I could not get my money returned to the original payment which was a card I was told that I could only get store credit or exchange I live two hours away and do not have the store where I live so I can see now the company only has it in their favor because they do not have an online website that you could use this gift card in as well as not giving you an actual gift card they gave you a receipt that they expect you to be able to keep a hold of I have receipts that within one month of being in my wallet no longer have color nor can you see the writing on it just find it very unprofessional from a business so now I’m stuck with $100 receipt(gift card) it’s also very unprofessional to speak a different language in front of someone i’m told I could understand them she said she knew But after confronting her they continue the conversation in English which tells me they did not know Never heard of a business that you can’t get a refund back to your original payment

I feel cheated even putting the one star. Store is a mess, employees would rather be elsewhere and they make that clear. Please be aware the there is only exchange or "store credit". The store credit is a small piece of receipt paper. I wonder what the logic behind this was. Hmmm

This is my absolute favorite store in the Square One Mall I go in there all the time the clothes there are reasonably priced some unreasonably price but I always get a good deal when I do go they have everything you could possibly need from bras and underwear date where dresses shorts jeans workout clothes they have shoes jewelry bathing suits everything you could possibly need they sell it's a cute fun colorful store I give it five stars
