Slow service. I waited 10 minutes for the cashier to check out one woman. Then another associate came to ring people up. She was very rude. I've never been spoken to the way this woman spoke to me (she was not pleasant or kind). She also was slow. I just got home and noticed my shirt has the security link on it so now I have to drive back for the store to remove it. Avoid this location, if you can.

I placed an online order for a jacket. Went to pick up and was told it would be 2-3 weeks even though I was told it was in stock. I asked about canceling and they said I had to wait and not pick it up and it would automatically refund me. I walked upstairs and found the jacket I had ordered. I went back and asked the associate if she could use it for the order I placed and she said no. I would have to buy it again and wait for the refund. The place is absolute dump, I'm shocked that corporate Macys hasn't stepped in. It may be petty over a coat but it's the point of having to buy again when I already had an order pending.

Tried calling regarding an online return and the best practice for this in person. No one answers the phone, tried even calling Order/Curbside pickup and got voicemail. Great job!!

This is a much-needed update to my previous Macy's review of five years ago. It's now the end of November 2019 and this Macy's is as horrible as ever, only now it's even worse. The place is a mess from top to bottom. You have to wade through mounds of clothing on the floor and on top of racks and tables. The Levis section was an absolute eyesore of clothing thrown everywhere. This is completely unacceptable. No wonder everyone shops online today. It's sad to see this place go downhill so quickly over the years.

Has an extensive collection to choose from of bags clothes and other accessories . But when you need a sales associate it appears like they all disspear! I had an issue at the store I'm sauhus where one of the security guards had thought I had stole something when we purchased it lol but no harm done

Had a great experience at this store! I worked with Beverly (who was lovely) to get a sectional sofa.I had a terrible experience at Bob's furniture- had 3 weeks of failed deliveries and finally cancelled the order. I came here after and had a great time! Again, shout-out to Beverly for an amazing and easy experience with placing the order over the phone a few days after visiting the store. Delivery was also a shockingly easy experience. No stress or hassle and the guys were so nice. Very happy :) best customer experience ever.

purchased a black and decker rice cooker on 6/22/2019 for $19.99 on sale plus a rebate which comes down to 9.99. I asked for the rebate form while checking out. The cashier looked clueless then told me i would need to print it from macys.com or from the manufacture, before i left macy i went on their website to make sure the rebate is there and it was then i went and did more shopping. I went on macy's website today 6/23/2019 to look for the rebate form, all the forms they have listed does not have the rice cooker listed.. today now i am trying to track down the form i contacted customer service who then transfer me to rebate customer service which brought me to a dead end so now im sitting here with no help.

Decent selection of items on display but this location shines because of the great presence of Nader! He was very patient first looking for the piece we were interested in in their stock and then helped us play around with the dining tables. Very understanding and helpful.

Should've read the previous reviews. This place is in fact a dump. The shoe department is unacceptable. I had to make a return, I had the receipt but it was from another Macy's. The salesperson had an attitude and tried to refuse the return. I marched upstairs and got the manager who took care of it. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be back but thank the manager for handling the matter.

The shoe department sales people didn't give any attention when I was looking for the right boots for me. The sales rep limited herself to bring only one boot of the two I asked trying to save time it seems like she was lazy to go in the back get the two models and she never suggested any other model after the one I tried didn't fit. As I was walking out I saw another boots I liked and turned to the register to ask for another pair but the employees were chatting in a circle and no one acknowledged me so I left. Bad customer service.

I pretty much don't go shopping for furniture at Macy's I do go shopping for coats pocketbooks clothes do a lot of things that I like I go with my friends and I did a lot of feedback from her she like something I'm picking out she doesn't she's got very good taste

Just went into Macy's Saugus for last minute Christmas items. Amazed to see stocked shelves, found exact item and then some. Multiple cashiers and gift boxes on December 21st! In and out in 15 minutes!
