No one works in this department. I came here during the week and was told it was only staffed during the weekend. Came today on a Sunday and no one was working in the MAC department. There was a woman who appeared to be doing some sort of inventory behind the counter, however, she made it very clear it wasn’t her department and wasn’t going to help me. No worries, I will go to Sephora and I will be sure to get all the help I need to spend a good chunk of change on cosmetics and great customer service.

Never in my life have I ever been treated absolutely disgusting by a Macy's store. I'm searching around for a white button-up shirt for my wedding in a few days. The store had barely anything to begin with so I made my way to the last act Clarence section. I was able to find multiple Calvin Klein button-up White shirts, the only problem was some of them did not have tags on them. So I figure I'll go to the cashier and see what they can do when I'm checking out.

I went in today looking for a good mascara. So when I ask the girl do you have tubing mascara she looked at me and said no. Now the way she answer me I knew she did not know what I was asking. Half of of this sales girls don't have a clue at times what customer needs. They need cosmetic training

This store is terrible, it’s always dirty, clothes everywhere, the dressing rooms are a disaster no matter what time of day you go in. I recently went in with a damaged product that was purchased a year before and the manager on duty Kayla Mcgreevey was useless and essentially offered to credit me towards the same item when I paid $100 on a Black Friday sale but the item was now $275, as if anyone would re-buy something that was broken when it shouldn’t have been. Kayla should not work in customer service as she clearly has no experience in the field. This is why stores are closing and people only buy online. I certainly won’t feel bad when this store closes like the rest!

My husband stepped on a nail inside the dressing room ( that was left inside a pant leg) last Friday. He had to get a tetanus shot (which he had to pay for) and we still haven’t received an apology or anything from anyone at Macy’s.

Hi @macys! As a lifelong customer who had my baby registry and wedding registry with you, I hate to have to put you on blast but feel like I should let you know about the ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service I just received when calling into inquire about a price adjustment. You representative was derogatory and exhibited absolutely zero customer service skills. I work in the hospitality industry and would be fired on the spot if I ever spoke to someone the way I was just spo
