Folks were helpful and proactive. As soon as I walked in I was directed to pick up. A customer care rep Marie stepped in and got me sorted while Matt from pickup was handling inventory. Matt helped me get to John in electrical to find the correct interconnected smoke and carbon fire alarms. It was the most efficient weekend morning errand I had.

I recently purchased a rolling tree bag from Lowes. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that the tree bag was torn. Since I couldnt use a bag that was torn, I brought it back to Lowes for an exchange/return. When I attempted to return/exchange the DAMAGED item to the store, I was informed by a staff member that due to its classification as a holiday item, returns were not permissible. This was surprising considering I had purchased the item POST holiday, non clearance for $29.98. The response indicating that their policy prevented any recourse for a torn item, regardless of its condition upon purchase, was disappointing and did not align with reasonable customer service standards. Consequently, I will not purchase from Lowes in the future and will advise others to do the same.

I’m very disappointed I order a washer and dryer spent $1800 said they would be delivered on the day I picked . I got a email couple days later and it said the 28 of December not happy at all that means I have to wait a month .

No helpIf I could give it a zero I would IOrdered a fireplace its a monthThey have empty promises they don't want to assemble itThey keep hanging up the phone and giving different people to talk to youIf I knew I would have read the review first, I would have not shopped hereThe manager won't do anything to help its month already we wanted to use it for Christmas but think that's not gonna happen cause no helpI think they don't like their job cause if they do they should consider how can you stay with someone's order for the whole month. Should avoid this place I hope it will never happen to one of them it's so sad.!!!!

Positive and staff helpful. Positive experience. Lowe’s staff around to answer all my product questions. All departments and store staff were very helpful and kind. Will shop there again.

Frayden in appliances is very helpful. He’s very efficient and helping me choose a new washing machine and Matt and receiving was great in delivering it to my truck.

If I could give no stars I would. The level of unprofessional at this place is a disgrace! The management is a absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and never buy any appliances here. Went through 2 washer machines in 3 months with them. I will never give this place my business ever again.

I purchased 1 refrigerator for $1,642 yesterday but got charged $3,285. I got multiple dates for delivery Saturday and Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm, refund has not been refunded yet. In addition I got other charges of $88 for no reason. Custom Service is disrespectful and untruthful especially when you call in, they highlight how unimportant your call is because their is other customers that need to purchase things. Lowe's is a disaster comaire to Home Depot.
