If I could give no stars I would. The level of unprofessional at this place is a disgrace! The management is a absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and never buy any appliances here. Went through 2 washer machines in 3 months with them. I will never give this place my business ever again.

I tried to rent a carpet cleaner but they said they couldn't because they couldn't find the binder to rent it where the paperwork was. So they were too lazy to print out the paper.

This experience was a nightmare. I ordered something to this store online. When I went to pick it up only half the order was there. I understand there are mix ups sometimes, but the woman at the service desk was completely uninterested in helping me, repeating there is only one item. She would not work with me to get the second half of my order so I eventually needed to cancel it altogether. This Lowe's will not respect you or your time.

We always had good experiences with Lowe's. But this is horrible. Nice people in store and ordered dryer. Tried to change delivery date. Spent NINETY MINUTES waiting on phone. Never got through. Dryer delivered. Delivery people installed poorly and, sadly, their English was very weak and we couldn't communicate. Dryer stopped working after 15 minutes. Tried to call to have warranty repair. Spent SIXTY MORE MINUTES trying to get through. Finally got through. They said we would get a call from the replacement people within 24 hours. Call came this morning. One ring and no one was on the line. Am now waiting on phone for THIRTY MORE MINUTES and no end in sight. Never again!!!

I want to thank James in Lawn and Garden . He went above and beyond to help me. I had bought my husband a snowblower for Christmas. I asked when I bought it that I wanted a manual. Yup, I'm old school and like to have a paper copy of the manual. James went above and beyond to get a copy for me. Thank you James ! Lowes, I want you to know that James is a keeper!!! He represented Lowes well . Thanks James You deserve a raise

Awful experience from start to end. I had an issue with payment since I needed to have transaction completed to receive a credit before the end of the year. The customer service was so confrontational and unhelpful that I gave up. The girl over the counter could not have cared less, grabbed someone else and asked me to repeat my question. It's not worth the $50 to have to spend hours on end and be passed to multiple people. When my item was ready for pickup, there was no preparation for my item at the service desk. I'm still sitting here waiting after 20 minutes for someone to find what I ordered online and was told we ready for pickup. HORRIBLE. I'll stick with Home Depot, this store is the absolute worst.

Recently moved to the area around a year ago, and was initially excited to have Lowe's right next-door to where we live. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how many times I've gone there only to be told they don't have a particular tool, or something that they say they have online, but they don't carry, they don't have a rental center as opposed to what it says online, etc. It's been literally about a half dozen times that I've gone to Lowe's, and then found what I was looking for at Home Depot up the road. I initially thought they were equivalent, but at this point, I can't see myself going back to this store again.

let's be clear all customer service and the retail experience has really just been destroyed by covid. I get that we are all tired, so much abuse on retail staff, etc. I get it, but nothing really gets to this as much as the shopping experience at Lowes has gone downhill over the last few years. Went to make a simple purchase of a small chest freezer, the things that were usually out on the floor. There's no one around in the appliance dept. I go to customer non-service and interrupt the three people there, After a sigh, she looks it up and says they have 5 that are in receiving. (not sure if I'm supposed to know what that means) She tells me to go to the appliance desk, I said there was no one there, she shrugs and points me on the way. I do find a guy that's working in the kitchen stuff, he actually was kind of helpful he goes back to receiving, and 15 or 20 minutes later returns, saying they couldn't find anything. OK shit happens, you can't produce a small chest freezer out of thin air. But there was no remedy, no solutions, no indication of how we could solve this fairly simple issue, an example, leave your number and we'll call you when we find it. Sad to say might need to check out Trumpy ass home depot.

My dad purchased a garage door opener and installation. The installers failed to show up three times. Do not trust Lowe's hardware to do as they say!!!!! Id select zero stars if possible!!!!

hate Saugus location. every time order pickup, they don't come out to the car. I left after waiting over half hour and they charged me the $25.00 fo the toaster I never got. I don't know why they would only ship it to the Saugus location and not another location closer to me. I was unable to walk inside because I'm disabled. If you don't do drive up anymore then remove the option from y website

Order was supposed to be delivered between 1-5 Tuesday. Driver called at 1:20. We did not get to the phone. Driver did not come, returned the item to the store and lowes could not reschedule until Saturday. A third party delivery service came on Saturday. We arranged for partial hook up and paid for removal services. The delivery driver said he does not do hook up or haul away and refused to do so. He took our door off the hinges, brought the items in, left them and drove off, leaving our door off the hinges. I drove to the Lowes in Dedham to complain. They did arrange for pick up the next day, but also took my info saying the supervisor would contact me about the door. Almost two days later, I still have not been contacted. To top it all off, the washing machine was not in a box and the cold water cap was missing, leading me to believe this was a floor model. This was, BY FAR, the overall worst experience I have ever had with service from any company. Unprofessional on every level. I will never use or shop at Lowes again and would tell anyone I could to do the same

Just atrocious - we ordered a washer-dryer from Lowe's Saugus. Out of concern that we wouldn't have the right cords, we ordered every iteration of possible dryer cord to come with the dryer, to make sure we were covered. The installers came and told us that Lowe's had given them none of them and had provided an oven cord instead. Then, when we tried to refuse delivery, they left the Washer-Dryer in the middle of the hallway, blocking access to our bedroom and half the house. We had to sleep on the floor of our living room because of Lowe's. We spent hours on hold trying to reach the store, without any success at getting any communication from someone. Finally, I drove to the store in person. The person at the appliance desk was very polite and responsive, but was unable to get someone to come move the washer-dryer blocking access to our house that day. We were promised someone would come the following day - we waited all day, and no one showed up. We finally got a call back from Lowe's that afternoon, telling us they had no control over the vendor they used for installation and couldn't get them to come the day they promised. They offered to have them come the following day, when we had a family event that morning. We explained that we couldn't be there then and would only be available in the afternoon. They told us that if the installers came early, we could just call the store and they'd reschedule us for Monday. Of course, the installers came early, when we had said we wouldn't be home. We've tried calling the store 6 times this afternoon, with each time no one picking up at appliances or the general line. We have now spent an extraordinary amount of time and effort trying to get access to our own home, let alone the installation we paid for. I deeply regret buying from this profoundly unethical company, which takes no responsibility for its work and relies on questionable vendors to deliver and install its products.

Worst service! Don't even bother doing curbside pickup. It's not a real thing~~ they never come to your car and if you call like it says on the app or on the sign in the parking lot--- NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! It doesn't matter what phone number you dial for the store- no one answers and no one cares. Going in to get your curbside pickup is even worse. Nobody will help you put your item in the car. All this makes me wish I just bought from target instead. Waste of time and frustration-- no convenience at all!!

What horrible people. First off learn how to annunciate. You will get no where in life if you mumble. I feel like everyone hired at this lowes are only mumblers. Also do not hire people who are of the mind set. "thats not my job" only losers say that. Dont waste your money on crap loser employees. They should be grateful to have a job and be working. Not "thats not my job"mentality. Also these same morons left their phone on when they were discussing how to get rid of me by placing me on hold. Because both didn't want to sign me up to be a pro member. I mean that irony right? Im trying to pay. you tell me I need to be a pro member to pay on the phone. So I say yes sign me up. Then you get rid of me because you need to do actual work and not just collect money for being a loser. I then spoke to an actual human and not a waste of life who helped but he did not instill confidence in my online pick up purchase. Someone want to reach out to me from actual management please do. This is unacceptable.
