They use poor-quality materials and charge more than many other places. My chrome nail polish started peeling the same day they applied it, and when I called to address the issue, they were rude and hung up on me.

I've come to this salon off and on for the last 2 years. They always do great work and take this time when providing the service. They have competitive prices and in my opinion it's worth it to pay for the better pedicures. Definitely make an appointment because they are always busy!!

They moved back to their smaller location, and the ambiance is not the same. My experience this time seems to explain the move, as their service has worsened. I had an appointment with a friend. We both were sat at a pedicure station, with foot soak started. The tech came over in. A few minutes to start my pedicure- my friend was left sitting there for 25 minutes with no attention and no explanation of why no one was coming. When the tech finally appeared there was no apology either. Why make an appointment for two people at the same time if you cannot service them? This is a pricey salon, and with the service now being lesser than in the past, I will certainly look for another salon. It is no longer worth the higher price.

This was my 3rd pedicure at LaVanda. Ivy did an amazing job! I’ve worked with others as well and have always left satisfied. Highly recommend giving it a try.

They never disappoint, I drive an hour to get my pedicure, the ambiance and the quality are great.
Cleanliness: This place is immaculate, super clean and decorated with taste. Plenty of space and everyone is nice. Nice spa vibes.

First off I put my deposit down for the orchid pedicure weeks in advance, I get there and they tell me they ran out of orchid and I said could you honor the price and just give me the jasmine she said no the front desk even though that’s there fault they ran out of a flower they had weeks to tell me plus you get a 50 dollar down payment.
Then we had to downgrade to the sports cooling pedicure. Also rip off we weren’t told it’s 12 dollar to take off gel on the feet. The service is not worth it and expensive never will I go again and I will recommend no one.

First i will say,They HAD a beautiful nail salon but it was always empty. They moved back next door to their original location.(very dated) Im not surprised at all they closed. Every time I was in there no exceptions, the owners were fighting with clients, either on the phone or in the salon. Completely unprofessional and rude to the clients. It was shocking!! I could not believe what I witnessed. The girl that did my nails did a good job & thats the only reason I went back. She never talked to me,which was odd, just to ask what shape. Another major problem was the price. They advertise on the website that its $71 for full set dip then $10 to have dip removed, however, they consistantly up charged me & my friend different prices everytime from $96 to more than $100 (just got dip) for a routine service that typically cost no more than $50 anywhere on RT 1. One time I got a simple design on one nail & they charged me $35 for it lol I couldnt believe it. When they first opened they served drinks so I get it that they charged extra but that stopped over a year ago & they moved next store but still think they can get that high price.The new location was called coral nails before & its same owner. There are so many places to get nails done & to pay the prices they are charging is crazy. The service is horrible and I strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere. You will get more for your money ANYWHWERE else for sure, they are ripping people off here. And its a matter of time before this place closes too!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Lavanda! The Dazzle Dry pedicure I got was top-notch, and left my feet feeling pampered and polished. Jennifer's attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the session truly enjoyable. The salon itself is stunning, and I appreciated their commitment to using healthy products. I booked an appt and was told I had to give a deposit I was not told how much. I have had to cancel my appt due to illness but was told if I did not rebook in one week I will lose my 50.00 deposit.I was never told this and It is not on their website. All it say is cancelation less then 24 hours notice or no shows you forfeit $50.That is how you treat a new client.

I’ve had two great experiences here. Jennifer has taken meticulous care of my nails. She has such great attention to detail in her work and she’s fun to talk to. She ls super creative and has done nail art for me. The spa manicure rehydrated my winter dry hands and was worth the price. I’m going to be a repeat customer here. you are paying for quality work in a very clean space. Thanks to Jennifer !
