Jean is a hero. Very hard working professional customer service rep. She is someone other associates should look up to. She checked out 6 customers while the others barely checked out 1. A true hero. Thank you for your work ethic and leadership.

Ladies, don't let it harsh your mellow when using the dressing room which feels like a disorganized pile of laundry. I was finally pleased to find some deals in swimwear. Although I purchased the shoes I chose, I felt disappointed that the price was higher than what I understood from the posted sticker. My shopping experience could've been improved if the cashier understood English, or I guess if I learned Spanish to go there. Sephora is organized nicely in here. The bus stop at the door is very convenient.

Agreed with comment for May 22nd for the customer service person. Same thing happened to me 11a hour May 23rd. Customer service should provide customer service. I understand if you’re having a bad day, although this should not happen consistently. I will think again before coming to this Kohl’s.

The female store attendant who works the customer service desk on Wednesday May 22 at about 3:30pm, was truly one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. You immediately feel like you are bothering her by your pure existence and breathing. Speaks to you like your a child and her monotone voice and snide remarks only solidified that. Unreal that the store management would place such an unfriendly, unhelpful, and miserable human being at a customer service desk.
