Ken Jr. and his team of mechanics are fantastic. They have great communication, work extremely quickly, and do great work. They treat their customers with care and are extremely personable. They put a lot of effort and passion into what they do. I am not someone to write many reviews but I wanted to make sure I let people know if you are thinking about finding a good auto/mechanic shop, this is the place to go!

Hands down, a wonderful garage. Very helping people. I was working in the area when my truck started messing up, they got me right in, and saved me a ton of money on a rental. I dropped my truck off in the morning, expecting the worse, but hoping for the best. It turned out to be great news, i stopped in that afternoon before work, and my truck was already done, and even though he wasn't going to do the billing until the morning, he filled it out right there. thanks a million guys, if I ever have any issues in this region again, I'll drive up to an hr to come here. I've told all the guys at work, if they need help, you're the shop to go to! again thanks.

Someone recommended Ken's to me 4 years ago. This is the only place I trust. You will have everything thoroughly explained to you. Ken wants you to understand what is wrong and what are paying for. Also, he won't try to talk you into anything. He will tell you if you have time for the repair, or if it is something that needs to be fixed for safety right away. You won't get any unpleasant surprises with your bill. I just had a repair yesterday and feel like I drove away with a new car. Ken and staff are always great to deal with.

Ken has taken care of my vehicles ever since I moved to Saugus. I told him I wanted to do some work myself and he was honest with me and explained what would be worth it for me to do and what would require special tools etc, even though he got less money by me doing it myself. I took my girlfriend's car to the stealership and they quoted me $2000, wanted to replace everything. Took it to Kens and was out of there for $600 and the car sounds great now.

Ken's care care is an auto repair shop, that takes on all reparable conditions of your auto with success. Where other places put band-aid on your vehical, they work very hard to fix it like it was brand new. I trust them and wouldn't go back to other places I had gone to prior, five stars SR, JR Ken's Care care and to your team, Danny, Bob. Thank you.

I will never recommend this mechanic to anyone!!!! My vehicle took an obscene amount of time to finish, no phone call or communication to let me know what the status was considering they had it for 10 weeks. Car returned with cigar smell, broken personal items in the bed of the truck, and the cover was put on backwards. Absolutely horrible!!
