723 Broadway, Saugus“Baa Humbug, it’s just so sad that the manager Kathy made no effort to rectify a mistake made by a sales rep. My kids will not be getting the Christmas gift they asked Santa for this year. I went into the store in Saugus to purchase two apple watches, made it clear I needed the watches for Christmas, there weren’t any in stock so the rep offered them to be overnighted, I agree to pay $14 extra fee, then asked again before I signed, the sales rep assured me that yes I would be getting the watches overnighted. To my dismay I received an email two hours later saying the watches would arrive the day after Christmas. I called and Kathy told me there was nothing that she could do once the order was placed. Doesn’t matter that is was their employe who made the error.
No way to fix it?? No solution??? It’s just the way it is....

He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”

I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”
“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
