“Quality furniture with fair prices. 4 stars for the simple fact of salesman not honoring the website price. Listed for 249.99 on website, 399.99 in store. When I brought this to his attention he claimed it was for same piece, just not as in good condition. So, after I made the purchase it was immediately taken off the site. Hence there was never another couch in Norwood as he claimed there was. It's ok though, I ended up purchasing the matching chair which was priced at 299.99 and got the whole set for $570.00. my thing is this... Why lie to make a sale? Keep it real, your products sell themselves. We will return again, but will compare online price to store price first and order online if needed to avoid the b.s. -Great place, great products just cross reference prices online and in person before purchasing.”

This time I had Ausie helping me with my sofa purchase and he was very nice and helpful. Managers and everyone is super pleasant. A sales associate, Gregory stopped what he was doing, looked it up, went out back to see if they had it, came back in no time and then gave me the sales price. The world could use more Gregory's! “"Goes in for one item, comes out with $100 worth of crap I don't really need." Basically describes every one of my shopping trips at Target. Lol ;-) They remodeled this location several months ago.. It now includes a grocery section for all your produce, meats, and frozen items needs. Electronics is now at the back center of the store. Customer Service center is directly in front of the registers. The women's clothing, specifically the shoe area have significantly shrunk. So sad, 'cause I'm a big fan of target apparel. I can't say that the layout is more easier to navigate. I've been coming here weekly and I still roam the aisles in circles... I must say, I enjoy coming here mainly for my Starbucks run. I've yet to encounter a long line. The employees are always friendly and polite. They've never given me a hard time when combining the cartwheel offer with my Starbucks rewards card. Now that I'm carefully thinking this through, I guess they have lured me in with the coffee bar strategy. Someone tell me the secret! How does one walk in a Target and not go shopping?!?! Lol”
