Most the workers were wonderful just 1 who tryn to make that sale at no cost offer me small size sneakers just to get a sale . Other ladies were very helpful

Google should give the option for negative stars !!Paid for a shoes that can’t even get, store not picking up the phone and customer service is horrible, online order and the it’s not picked up yet!! And good luck canceling the order ..Horrible experience..Do your self a favour and don’t bother !!

No one answers the phone. I’ve been calling to see if I can pick up my order and no one is answering. I paid $90 for shoes that I can’t get.

Nice customer service good price and good shoes. I got 2 shoes for the price of 1. Parking garage near by. Good display with nice bench's.

If you buy anything online an need to return it in store for a free return be prepared to get charged for return shipping I went in 2 different occasions and they never processed the return in store. The first time I went to return a pair at least the employee was nice, had me take a pic of the receipt and had me on my way, the second time, wow no customer service skills at all, no hi how are you or I'm doing good after I asked him how he was doing, just looked at me with a puss face looked at the sneaker mumbled something went in the back then I asked if I was all set mumbled something again only after I put a thumbs up I realized he said again all set. But message footlocker customer service in their chat session and really helpful and they refunded me. Management should teach on how to return an online payment.
