Today I want to this store I found young man and woman she said she is the manager, she was very rude unprofessional and she throw up box of shoes on me and said we don’t have anything in back and now we are closing a store. I never seen whole my life customer service like this she was yelling to me a lot because I told whey you threw up a box. never will buy anything from there and I will tell my friends and family not to shop there.

Worst cashier attitude here. Buying kids boots at full price and signed up line for club membership for 15% off. Showed the cashier the member text she declined the discount telling me the wifi in the store is bad so it did not take my membership. Then I asked where then who replied and sent me the discount code. She say she does not see me in the system so won’t give me the discount. It’s not about saving $5 it’s about customer service if you are in the retail business. Guess won’t be shipping here any more.

First and last time. Very bad customer service sales associate named Pat was very disrespectful and impolite. No manager in site Orsay to contact. Very disappointed from this experience.

Shoe Store, in Square One Mall... got decent selection, not every brand though. I get mine and my wife's shoes here. Prices are fair, too.
