A sales associate, Gregory stopped what he was doing, looked it up, went out back to see if they had it, came back in no time and then gave me the sales price. The world could use more Gregory's! “Baa Humbug, it’s just so sad that the manager Kathy made no effort to rectify a mistake made by a sales rep. My kids will not be getting the Christmas gift they asked Santa for this year. I went into the store in Saugus to purchase two apple watches, made it clear I needed the watches for Christmas, there weren’t any in stock so the rep offered them to be overnighted, I agree to pay $14 extra fee, then asked again before I signed, the sales rep assured me that yes I would be getting the watches overnighted. To my dismay I received an email two hours later saying the watches would arrive the day after Christmas. I called and Kathy told me there was nothing that she could do once the order was placed. Doesn’t matter that is was their employe who made the error.
No way to fix it?? No solution??? It’s just the way it is....

“It's a 7-Eleven. It's a one building stand alone convenience store with no other businesses beside it or in it. Great parking lot considering it's off a very busy Street.They have pretty much everything a typical convenience store would have at fair enough prices. They have freshly made hot cooked food, pizza etc. and also have a cold island with fresh food? I also feel that the low rating is not accurate at least from my experience. I go there at least 2 or 3 times a week. Yes prices have gone up everywhere and with that being said it is a convenience store. I still find much lower prices than another convenience store 2 minutes away from this 7-Eleven location. I see a lot of people in & out ever time I shop there. I've always felt respected there. Be respectful and kind and you will be shown respect back. I was born and raised in this area and know some, not all people can be a very difficult to deal with. I'm grateful to have a 7-Eleven close to home. Thanks for being there ?”

“We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldn’t fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didn’t make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didn’t seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!”
