Went to a few other places for a fishing license but was unsuccessful. Ended up coming here and found an associate on the 2nd floor by the name of Jaime, she was very nice and had no problem helping me out with the license even though she just learned how to do it. Props to Jaime for the customer service, hard to come by these days lol.

A lot of variety of all sports categories, but I didn't find what I was looking for, which was the Messi shirt for children. I guess it's sold out since I couldn't find it or the official Adidas website, but I did find the Celtics shirt that I had been looking for so much.

I arrived with a truck and 3 friends to take home a treadmill that was purchased by a friend. They lied to us for an hour, telling us they were getting the item only to find out they sold it to someone else. They then told us to go to medford to purchase it there. We kindly asked if we could get the delivery fee waved as the truck would no longer be available. They simply said no go to medford they cannot do that. Not going back there.

Isiah was so helpful in the shoe department for soccer tonight. He checked in with us several times. Looked in the back for shoes and told us about how the style with tight fit worked out for him in the past. Other staff were friendly and helpful getting the fitting room open and check out. This is a very large store...so much to variety.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! terrible customer service and near impossible to cancel. Especially don't order same day as they go through Door Dash! They do not communicate with each other and then you're fighting with both companies trying to get a refund for goods NEVER received. Seems shady and illegal!!!!

Called in to this location to confirm stock on an item, as instructed by one of their customer service reps. Worst service I've ever received, and I was dragged through a ridiculously convoluted process just to be hung up on.
Over the course of 15 mins, I was transferred twice while waiting on hold the majority of the time. The final person, supposedly the one who could physically check on stock, hung up on me after asking if "I was the one who needed keys(?)"...was honestly shocking to witness this level of incompetence and straight up disrespectful service...

Terrible customer service; from not helping find items that show as in stock in line when visiting in store to not accepting returns. Honestly every time I go in it’s a nightmare
