The selection was so extensive, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and handled in a most professional manner. I have recommended the company to many colleagues and they all rave about the quality of their respective flooring and refer them to others. There are so many companies out there that lure you into the showroom , but I can assure you that this is the one place you will want to go and you will not leave disspointed. I recently had purchased new flooring for my home, and I can't express how satisfied I am with both the product and the exceptional service I received from my salesperson, Pam.
From the moment I entered the store, Pam greeted me with a smile and took the time to understand my vision for my home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of flooring available, guiding me through options that fit my style and budget. My profession brought me to Bradford Floor & Home about 8 years ago when I engaged in a property common area hallway project with Pam Blanchette. I was impressed with Pam's flooring expertise and her ease at preparing the project from beginning through completion. She presented an estimate in a timely manner as well as scheduling the install along with all of the intricate aspects of working with several unit owners and the Board of trustees. Pam was ahead of every unexpected aspect of the job. The installers were on time, did a perfect job, and were very respectful.
I never had any reason to reach out to any other company for flooring needs and have always been exceptionally please with the advice that I received from Pam, the quality of the flooring material, and the highest level of professional service I have always received from Bradford Floor and Pam.
I would most definitely recommend them as your first choice in flooring needs.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing flooring from Bradford Flooring, and I can't recommend them enough. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was impressed by their extensive selection of flooring options. The sales process was great. On installation day I noticed the padding they sent was very thin...turns out they sent a lower weight padding than what I had requested and paid for. Short delay while the correct padding was sent out. Then, after partial installation of the carpet I went downstairs and noticed it wasn't the correct carpet.....different color than what I had picked out. Theybsent a blue and I had orsered beige. At this point installation was rescheduled as the installer couldnt wait. On the 2nd installation day the installer removed the incorrect carpet but called me outside to show me that the new carpet was several shades lighter than my sample. Called amd spoke again with the installation manager who stated it may be a different dye lot than the roll my sample came from. The carpet was too light for my house so I said I would return to the store to pick out a new carpet when I returned from vacation. Well...after twice moving a very heavy piece of furniture in and out of that room I decided to go with a different carpet company and called to request a refund. Four phone calls and 10 days later I have no return phone call from them. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am certain my Visa company will have better luck than me!
I looked at other reviews since having this experience and noticed the 'padding' issue I experienced was not unique!

Dont buy from here!! Asked them to put in a floor and they installed chipped and broken flooring, and damaged multiple walls in the process. Called multiple times, zero call backs, and no accountability.

We have bought carpet from Bradford carpet for many years. 4 homes later we are using them again. Love working with Dave, he is the best. We feel like he is a member of the family now. We wish all business were as accommodating and so easy to please. We would highly!!! Recommend going to Bradford for all your carpet and flooring. Ask for Dave, we are sure you will love working with him as much as we did.

We replaced our kitchen floor due to water damage and decided it was time to replace the stairway rugs and two adjacent rooms. Working with Pam Blanchette was great! She is the consummate professional and her experience and knowledge made it easy, affordable and enjoyable. The crew that installed the carpet and rugs were the best. We won't go anywhere else, Thank you !
