Horrible customer service, the store is a mess where a lot of the equipment is in bad shape, disorganized. The sound room was turned into a storage. There is a bouncer checking you out when you exit giving a sense of mistrust. They even have a small podium at the entrance like a police stand. Bad experience multiple times.

I have bought several things there and I think the service is very good, even though my English is terrible, the guy who helped me last time was very patient and very helpful. Those are the things that make one loyal to a brand or a store in particular.

I normally buy online from Best and today’s I want go see a product before buying it and this employee Justin was a big help and explained everything correctly and in an easy way to understand. I ended up buying in store .Thank you for your help .

Went on a weekend got assistance from a younger guy named Vincent. Was an amazing sales associate was super attentive to my father and my needs. He even saw we made a larger purchase recently and saw there was a very large price drop contacted his manager and refunded the difference. Was over 900 dollars he is my new best friend.

Drive 45 minutes to pick up an order. They asked me to "wait" while they look for the item. I decided to browse while I waited. Shelves are not faced, inventory is clearly not being appropriately managed, items are misshelved or plain empty, or in jumbled piles of unsorted product. 30 more minutes pass and they cancel the order. I asked what happened and they state they "couldn't find it" which makes a lot of sense given the general disarray and lack of pride in the store space. Manager was polite in listening to the complaint but I didn't get the impression that anyone really cared about or even wanted to acknowledge the poor upkeep of the store and inventory.Said they could order it but did not not ask to check other locations for the product either...I would recommend choosing another best buy for your shopping needs.

I typically don’t leave reviews, however, this particular location and their staff were so bad I just had to take the time a write this. Online orders were simply too complicated of a task for 4 separate employees to complete, so don’t bother trying to even waste your time with the zombified burnouts they have wandering around. Since I was at the location for so long waiting for someone to pickup a box from the back and bring it to the front, I had lots of time to peruse the store, and man it’s even worse than their customer service. The store smelled terrible and the aisles reeked of flatulence, shelves were bare with jumbled products and not a semblance of organization. The store was empty (not shocking) and at one point I noticed the dude at the front desk that’s supposed to be running online orders is having a social hour with his two buddies who don’t work there, so that must have been nice to chop it up with the boys while doing absolutely nothing.TLDR - This Best Buy is on its way out, don’t shop here. Be a smart consumer and shop elsewhere.

I walked in to pick up an online order, a phone charger. I had my BestBuy credit card on me, however, I had left my ID at home. I had written down the confirmation # as well in case my phone died, which it did the second Tracy asked for the barcode for pickup. I explained to her I did not have my ID which she said she could not release the items. I asked “even with my credit card and confirmation code?” Which she interrupted and said “Like I said, I cannot release..” I told her I heard what she said. She then walked away to the next register to take the customer behind me. I asked if I could speak with a manager, to which she replied she was the manager. I then asked if she could cancel the order and refund it to my card “you can do it yourself online.” I then asked for her name. I understand a store policy, saying no is one thing but the delivery of her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. How about “I’m really sorry, I wish I could but our store policy is strict. Without an ID I’m also not able to cancel the order.” I don’t know if she was even able to cancel it or just didn’t want to. No customer service whatsoever, I won’t be returning to BestBuy. The way you speak to customers matters, even if you can’t fulfill their requests.

Had A good stock of just about everything. Voild definitely tell Xmas shopping just came through there. Got everything went for and save some money with some sales!!
