However, they are always quick with their work, walk me through the problem, provide helpful suggestions, and hook me up with prices that work for me and my situation. My favorite Mavis location by far!”
“I brought my car here after I was in an accident that left significant damage to my passenger side bumper, fender, and door. Sullivan helped me file the claim with my insurance company and took care of everything. He then returned my car to me good as new. You would never know that it had been in an accident. He also got it detailed for me before giving it back, which was above and beyond my expectations. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I've been to lots of mechanics who really take advantage of my lack of knowledge to charge an arm and a leg for minimal work, but that wasn't my experience here at all. Sullivan went above and beyond to fix my car. If I need anything in the future, I won't hesitate to bring my car back to Pro Collision.”

“Just got my 4runner lifted with Jason and John and big thanks to them. Probably the most honest people I have ever met. Jason sat down and went over many different options and gave me his honest opinions on all of them. I decided to go with a Rough Country Kit wifh M1s and I gotta say...it drives as smooth or even smoother than stock. Plus I added 33s on 17s and I dont think ill ever regret it. I was tired of the hoopty look with the rake so why not just lift it instead of leveling the front to the back and add bigger tires? So thats what I did. If you're looking for ANY type of work on your vehicle(s) I recommend this place. Knowledgeable, hard working people and honest which is hard to come by these days if I must add. They'll be getting my business from now on on any type of mechanic work I need! And if you're reading this Jason and John, thank you so much! I absolutely love it! Might even have to add a new exhaust sometime...”
“These guys definitely know what they are doing and is extremely nice and kind. I moved to different town (about 20mins away from their shop) and my town has so many other tire shops, but I still choose to come to this one. They are truly professional at what they do, and will give you the most affordable but safe options for you. Highly recommend choosing this shop. I leave this comment here but almost want to not leave it as I don’t want the shop to be so busy for me to get in lol. “I see a lot of hate on here for Stella, the owner of this shop. I believe she and her mother are misunderstood and because of that they are getting negative reviews that aren't necessarily indicative of their service. I have been dealing with Stella and her mechanics for years now and have never once had an issue. I recently had to replace the engine on my 2009 Subaru Outback, I was charged a more than fair labor cost and Stella worked with me for a month to find the right engine and warrantied it for a year. Parts cost what they cost, labor is charged based on what the mechanic decides his time is worth, the bay is rented by the owner, that's how this business works and it would be beneficial to all to have a better understanding of cars and their subsequential costs.”
