I drove for an hour and when I got to the store the manager told me that they close at 7pm , I called AT&T and they confirmed that they should close at 8pm , the website and Google showing 8pm as well , when I explained that to him he said that’s not my problem ?

Everything was amazing. Both the manger and the person I worked with were both kind and genuine. They were extremely helpful and made everything super easy. This is probably the best AT&T store. 100% recommend!

I went to the AT&T store and was immediately greeted by the store employees. They helped answer all of my questions and provided me with everything I needed. I highly recommend this store.

Thought I was getting a phone replacement per my insurance coverage (which i’ve done before with at&t but via mail). Sales rep told me he could do it in store. A week later I look at my account and there’s a thousand dollar bill that was blatantly not discussed. I was told this was a cheaper alternative to the phone repair and completely part of my phone plan protection and that all I had to pay was tax for the replacement. This was a lie. My account shows I have paid 1 out of 36 payments of a thousand dollar phone sale.

The gentleman in the store super the service was excellent!…. my cell phone my brother had had issues corrected immediately, and they spent a lot of time taking care of us Josh Torres and his manager we’re just super give them a raise!

Went in to return a phone and activate a new phone. Andraya greeted me and helped me through the entire process. She was patient, extremely helpful, and so pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

Andraya is great,I went into the store and she helped me get new lines for the entire family.I live in Boston and I’d rather travel to Square one and be treated friendly then to go locally and be treated rudely.

I wanted to upgrade my iPhone but wasn’t sure on what phone to get.Andraya walked me through the differences of the iPhone 14’s.I really like the one with the 3 cameras for myself and the midnight purple is perfect.She is very sweet kind and patient.I told all my friends to switch to AT&T because the service is better and She was so nice.That was a game changer for me.If give 100 stars if I could

Matt, Gabriel, and Andraya all went above, and beyond to not only fix my problem with my phone, but to get me a great deal on a tablet, and some accessories that I never would’ve even known mode. The most excellent customer service I have ever received, with any company!! Thank you.
