Walked in wasn’t greeted. I guess these younger people rather be on their phones. Went to ask for some help and it was like I was bothering them. Rather travel to another store for better service.

This place is the bomb. Period they are amazing and always have been I go out of my way to shop here because nowhere is better. They are kind and helpful, and the supplies are what I want and usually more! This is my number 1 art store, it doesn’t get much better than here.

Chris was so informative. He gave me tips and tricks on the art. Answered all my questions (and i had a lot) helped me pick out the best paint brush. I was just really impressed at how imformative he was and how patient he was! Great customer service hands down!

Haven’t visited this location yet, but sorely miss the Central Square store. So must get to Saugus in hopes that Artist and Craftsman Supply still provides everything that I need at the right price!

This was the first art store that was recommended to me when I moved into the North Shore Area. Each time that I have been (and that's quite often) I've never had a bad experience. I'm always able to find extremely high quality art supplies, along with some other fun niche items as well. I absolutely love their pen and sticker sections, they have great options.The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful if you're in need of finding something specific. If you're an artist in the north shore area, you have to shop here!

I live in north central MA so making the trip on a Sunday to this store was not a fun endeavor. But then we got to the store and spent easily a couple of hours browsing. There is a lot of everything, a lot of options and the stuff was so friendly and very helpful, even going above and beyond to make suggestions. Definitely coming back. Thank you so much.

Best spot to shop for your serious (or just for fun) art supplies. Staff are consistently courteous, helpful, and friendly. Being in this store is such a wonderful experience.
