My experience here was a waste of time, I brought a necklace in to get a simple repair the piece (circle) that connects the chain to the clasp, a younger woman was working and quoted me $35 for the repair but said Saturday/ Sunday were the only days the man who does the actual repair would be there, so I went back a few days later on a Saturday and a new older woman was working and she told me the repair was now $45 dollars and said the younger girl was making alot of mistakes that $45 is the price not the $35 I was quoted, $10 more now w no listed prices anywhere, i walked away bc that seems like a shady place esp after explaining I was just quoted another lower price days earlier and that’s why I came back if that was the owner she should have known that made them look bad, i ended up going go Peronis in Malden they charge $25 for this repair and it was done in less than 10 mins, lesson learned - do your research before coming to a place in the mall

I was referred to this shop by a sales women in the mall. I was super surprised how quick I got my necklace repaired. In less than 20 mins my jewelry was ready. Gentleman was very pleasant as well.Great service! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I went and had my chain fixed in 20 minutes and got incredible customer service, the next day it broke again in a completely different spot and when I went back Zarah not only fixed it right away while I waited but didn’t charge me a penny. I highly recommend this place for all of your repairs, they are nicer and cheaper than your average jeweler, very satisfied and will definetly come back!

I have several watches, and some very good ones that I love and have had for many years, and I appreciate the Life Time battery option. For a good watch that lasts for year, it's a good investment. It's double the charge for a one-time battery, but once you've replaced it several times, the cost becomes less and less. I just replaced the batteries in 4 watches -- all of which had lifetime batteries. It took about 20 minutes, and the charge was $0! All 4 of these have had free replacements under the Life Time program at least 3 previous times. Very happy with the program!

Mr. Z at Angela’s Square One Mall kiosk did a great job helping me with a pendant that needed a new chain. He creatively suggested how/where he would attach the chains, walked me through the different sterling silver designs, and went through the choices and prices in the catalog with me. Ten days later I had my unique, beautiful pendant. His work as a jeweler, and his cordial customer service were perfect! Highly recommended.
