I usted do oil change in this place, suddenly I friend of mine gave a brand new Castrol full synthetic 5 w30, I was so happy, I drove my car to this place and I just asked how much I could pay if I bring my own oil, immediately he responded I won't do it, I was surprised because I was willing to pay any amount for that service, but he stopped me tactlesslyNo honey no moneyAlso I bought an AC Delco battery in that place for my Ford Edge he charged me 30.00 dollars over the price just for remmplace it without any noticeService: Oil change

Tony the Crook!! Won't let you bring in own parts because he wants to charge double for the parts and have his"mechanics" install the part incorrectly and then blame you for the car breaking down. 25 years of ripping people off.

Been doing business with Tony for about 5 years, oil changes, brakes on various cars. Latest experience not so good. Went in to replace brakes and rotors and hesitantly did it after saying he didn’t want to if I supplied my own parts. Specifically askedHim to be careful because it is a custom build car and the wheels and tires in just had instálled and cost me over $5000. Did not get mounted there. Picked up car promptly when scheduled, Right side rear lug nut was missing and one lock lug nut was so loose I was able to unscrew by hand. Noticed next morning when I went to I inspect car. When I called him he said that all lug nuts were on car and that “someone must have tried to steal my rims” meanwhile garage my car and why would only one lug nut be missing and one loose. I am a very meticulous person and I know what is on my vehicle and if there’s anything out of place immediately. The fact that he denied responsibility for the fact that there was a lug nut missing and if I didn’t catch it when I did there would have been two missing is why my business is done here. If he would have apologized and taken responsibility for the lug nuts being loose and missing maybe he would still have me as a customer.. A little over two months ago took my car there for a brake, caliper, and pads. I brought my own parts because I had a certain brand and I wanted cross drilled rotors After being hesitant because I was being my own parts he did it and I told him to charge me only labor and charge me for a full synthetic Iloilo change. After inspecting the car coloring morning I noticed that there was a lug nut missing and one so loose I took it off by hand. I called Tony bd he denied the lug nut situation saying that maybe someone tried to "steal my rims" meanwhile the car is garaged. I also noticed right front rotor was scratched when it's supposed to be smooth. Tony's "mechanic" had left bolt loose causing a vibration, causing uneven rotor wear. Fast forward 2 months later I notice oil spots on my driveway and my oil pressure light coming on in the car. Tony's "mechanic couldn't remove oil filter when oil change was done causing damage to the filter leaking oil over time to the point that my engine almost seized because eventually over the past few months all oil leaked out. Basically he did the oil change and damaged filter because he couldn't pry it off so he left old filter on. This was all explained to me when I took car into Kelly Honda in Lynn by a ASE honda certified mechanic with over 30 years of experience. I took filter to all tune and live to confront the owner Tony. Toby denied any responsibility for anything and made excuses for everything and anything is said. Did not try and make things right and got very upset when I gave him the filter si he can see what his mechanic did. Taking the filter out into garage area and throwing it angrily in the ground. This guy is a CROOK! He will make excuses for his mechanics shoddy work. And will look for any excuse instead as business owner try to make things right. There is 1 Asian mechanic who is a good guy and mechanic other than that he has a revolving door of "mechanics who he employs that probably aren't even real mechanics. STAY AWAY from this place and warn others also. Tony is a dishonest crook who will make any excuse to cover hus

I called to ask about a service I needed on my vehicle. I asked a technician if I could supply my own new parts and just pay labor. He gave me a disrespectful remark and hung up on me. Very disappointed and would never do business with them!!!
