I had a really frustrating experience at Aldo recently when I tried to return an item. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive the moment I mentioned wanting to return my purchase. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, the employee acted annoyed, making me feel like I was causing an inconvenience. They barely explained the return policy and seemed irritated by the whole process. It was uncomfortable and felt like I was being treated poorly just for trying to return something. Customer service should never make you feel like you're a hassle, but that’s exactly how I was treated. I won’t be shopping at Aldo again if this is how they handle returns.

This Aldo is really nice! Sebastian was incredibly friendly and helped me find the perfect shoe fit. I really love my new shoes and will be shopping here a lot more now.
