I never write reviews but I’m most definitely satisfied. First time going to phone repair and almost every store was overcharging while accessory depot was reasonable. The young lady repairing my phone was also a sweetheart! Would recommend, 10/10 ☺️

Accessory Depot is the best. I hate going to the mall. It feels like a thing of the past with everything you can buy over the internet but I will not hesitate to step into the mall to visit Accessory Depot. They offer fair and decent prices and the customer service is great. I can’t tell you how many privacy screens I’ve had to get on my iPhone 13. Mike was super helpful. He helped me understand why my computer screws were popping out. Knowledge is power.
Overall 5⭐️’s?? IMO.

The owner was very professional and able to fix my daughters iphone 13 for a fair cost when my phone insurance plan wasn't even sure if they could fix it. My daughter was thrilled that her data was preserved. The apple store just said it can't be fixed.

The screen of my Surface Pro 6 had a significant crack and after going to different places and getting outrageous prices or hearing, "it is not worth repairing", I went to Accessory Depot and they fixed my screen for a reasonable price and in a couple of hours. They were super accommodating. Highly recommend!

I feel so bad, 1 year ago I buy iPhone 12 PRO for my grandmother I spoke with the men very friendly and honest, the phone no issues very good . Today I decide to came back again, my friend I wasn't here, but a girl who was there, I was looking for an Iphone 11 64gb or 128gb, first the price was very expensive and I asked her why and she told me that these iPhones are original and the parts too, and we offer quality to our customers, I told her that I want one that turns on so I can check it, I just turned it on and it feels like the screen is not original and the alert comes up that it is not the original part. I feel scammed, she lied to me. It's not good, she should have told me the truth or just lowered the price
