I've been a regular customer for over 4 years. This store is great. Yes they have very busy times of day. They have a great staff and treat their customers right. The store is more than clean and stocked. We're very lucky to have this well run business serve our neighborhood.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Was told they closed at 12 when I called earlier. Then 11 when I showed up there the guy still had people inside that didn't work there 30 minutes after they supposedly closed. I asked for a managers name he told me he was the only manager there & i needed to leave. I call tonight the managers name is Gail. She tells me it's my fault I got treated terribly & talked to badly hung up on & lied to by this kid who doesn't even look like he's out of Highschool, braces and all tripping over his own words. Then tries telling me I provoked him hanging up on me telling me different things & lying saying there's no other manager but him. Terrible service terrible customer service. This place sucks.

It says 24h but when you go there its all light up but doors locked and they tell you from the inside its close.

NOT open 24 hours. Since covid this store cut their hours, they close at midnight. Change your name or stay open 24/7. Covid is over.

I live in walking distance from this particular 7/11 the store is always clean and we'll stocked I have had a few problems in 11 yrs but I guess that can be expected.i was taught when I started working at friendlies that the customer is always right even when they're not and it would make all the difference in the world if the employee says I'm sorry that happened instead of oh well how am I supposed to know customer is service is tough managers need to acknowledge their employees when they end there shift with a " hey great job tonight , thank you it might just make them feel appreciated and it takes about 30 seconds .but over all I will be going back.

Not open 24/7, door was barricaded and looked while employees where still in there and the lights where on. I know they use to be 24/7 but they are not anymore
