“AIB is my favorite place to shop for clothes. I have loved every piece I've bought including jeans, shorts, jewelry, and hair accessories. Ashley goes above and beyond to engage customers, answer questions, provide try on videos and photos, and then check back to ensure you like your purchases. Ashley has encouraged me to try items that I might not choose on my own, and she's been right every single time. While I love everything I've purchased, the stand out item is a pair of hot pink flare jeans. Every time I wear them, I get countless compliments and have even started a "pink pants" trend at work. Today, my dentist even commented on them! Who has ever gotten fashion compliments from your dentist?! All this to say, AIB is a wonderful new component to my life, and checking in on their regular Instagram stories and updates brings a smile to my face on the daily.”
“I’ve only ever experienced exceptional customer service while shopping at this store. My mom and I came in shopping right before Christmas. We were greeted right when we entered the store. “I was shopping for men's lounge pants for Christmas, and I was finding it hard to locate my husband's popular size. I went to another mega retailer moments before and had no luck, so I felt a bit defeated. The staff at the Black Dog General Store, and one young lady in particular, went out of her way to look in the back room and go through the showroom racks with me. We found them, and Christmas was saved!
