Since my original review got deleted....Rude employees and unprofessional. The big white sign says open from 8:30-12:30 on Saturday and the guy behind the desk was mouthing closed at 12:00 like I was stupid for being there... Then some lady proceeded to come out and tell me she had "no idea that sign was there" and told me to go to a different location that was clearly closed... I told her I live near the other and it's closed that's why I went to this location and they refused to help me. Make it easy for yourself and take the sign down or just say we closed early sorry for the inconvenience. Why have some rude guy hiding behind a door mouth closed 5/8 times..... Just extremely rude and uncalled for. I Don't suggest using this post office and I'm 100% talking to the post master about what happened and going to report this to higher in command.

My Amazon package was not delivered today, my message say we attempted at 3: 05, however it is 12:30 right now. They said they held it per customer request. This is not true, I shipped it to this address as I was only here for the weekend. Now I am SOL as they are closed on Sunday's. Really??? You couldn't just leave it in the mailbox? Jerks

I sent a package that needed to get to my brothers residence in East Sandwich. The carrier left it at the front desk reception mailroom. It weighed less than 2 pounds. Shame on all of you at the USPS. Starting, at the top

My mailbox is on the service road. The prior mail carrier brought packages to the house. The current mail carrier leaves packages on the ground adjacent to the mail box on the service road in all weather. Not to mention the fact that anyone could just come along and take them. Phone calls and emails to address this have not been returned. No wonder UPS, FedEx, and Amazon are doing so well. Terrible.

The postal service deliveries of packages from Amazon is terrible, we have had the last 2 deliveries left on the street and yet they are reported to Amazon as left in mailbox. This is totally unacceptable have had 1 shipment run over and not usaeable. I will be reporting to Amazon as I am certain they want to know UPS does every delivery perfectly and with s great attitude !

The lady who works at the front desk is the most rude, incompetent human being ever. She treats the customers like they are a huge hassle and is terrible at her job. I've never once had a decent experience in here. Also, the mail delivery lady drives like a maniac and delivers whenever she feels like it. Frequently marks packages as delivered when they aren't. She goes 40 in a 15 and practically gets air going over the speed bumps. We've complained more than once and the postmaster does nothing.

The Postal Delivery person who services my neighborhood is extremely rude. She drives like a maniac at high speeds through the neighborhood. This morning pulled into my driveway and dumped a package with baby formula and light bulbs in the middle of the driveway, 10 feet from the porch, just dropped it right there. When I try to call this Post Office I get the generic USPS phone tree.

Mail is frequently deliverd to wrong address and packages are frequently marked undeliverable and then delivered late. Additionally driver naps on side streets. Time to privatize USPS
