Town muni, condition of a town muni. Greens very slow. Overall condition not bad. Some crazy hilly holes on the back. It is a good value though

Played here on 9/8 and thought the conditions were very good, the price with cart was very reasonable. I would highly recommend playing here, read some bad reviews about this course before I came here and realized some people just can't be pleased, definitely give this course a try and decide for yourself

Don’t expect to play at a good pace. They book their tee times 5 minutes apart so your consistently on top of each other 9 holes takes 3-4 hours here. Great course terrible management.

it's also quiet and peaceful and the staff is really nice and friendly and love their food

Really fun lay out and challenging. A few of the tee boxes were in rough shape and the green on the 18th was torn up. The round also took close to 5 hours (way too long) due to a 4some in front of us and no ranger to move them along.

Don't waste your time or money on this dog track... on vacation here in the cape and wanted to get 18 holes in... my partner and I made it to 9 holes and decided we wanted to leave... course conditions were unbearable and pace of play was poor almost 3 hours for 9 holes....
