Had two MB serviced here and they were great. I normally head to the dealer but found these capable technicians and managers in Sandwich. Great communication on availability , price and completion. Highly recommend

Phenomenal experience all around with these guys! Picked up a nail in my tire while traveling up to the cape and they got me right in no problem. Super nice people and they even had the car squared away in under an hour.

My first time here and you are always nervous wondering how competent/honest etc they will be, there was no need to be as they correctly diagnosed the fault with my car that another garage had misdiagnosed, promptly ordered the part and fitted it, excellent communication which is so important, Pat and his team have won my trust and will be back, cant recommend them enough.

Not bad if you want your car to be held hostage for 2 months and nothing be done on it, with heavy bill of few $1000.
Terrible experience, with people that don't hold themselves accountable.
Go somewhere else save yourself money and time!!!

I've been a customer of Roundel Motor Werks (and Patrick M) since the shop opened in 2013. Bringing a pair of BMW's and VW's for routine and advanced service, as well as countless personal references over the years. Patrick has always impressed me with his technical expertise, mechanical skills and willingness to repair rather than simply replace components. Over time the responsibility of servicing my cars went to James W, his lead technician, who has been excellent; always ready to deliver solid service and sound advice. In general, upkeep on German cars can be expensive, but pricing for work at Roundel has always been very reasonable, considering the quality delivered and convenience of being located on-cape. Congratulations to Patrick and the team on the new facilities, it's more than just expansion, it's an investment into the local community, ensuring that Roundel can continue to let locals enjoy their cars, longer.

My husband's aunt gave us her VW Beetle since she no longer drives. The car had been sitting for a while and was in need of some repair; my husband attempted to deal with it himself but I think it became clear to him quite quickly why only certain auto shops deal with cars like this! We brought it here to RMW and it was in good hands under Matt's care. My husband can't stop raving about the place, and as someone who also works in service (bikes), he doesn't dole out the compliments unless they're deserved. The car drives great and we are both very pleased with the level of service and professionalism from RMW.

I brought in my older (1987) BMW 325 for various repairs - fuel sending unit, gas leak, battery drain, etc. I purchased this car two years ago and had done other minor repairs myself, but knew I needed to find a garge that had experience working on an older import like this. Given the age and potential extent of these types of issues, I knew that there could have been a significant (and justified) bill associated with this work, as the extent would not be known until a formal assessment could be performed. In fact, one of the repairs I thought was needed ended up not being required (thought the axle needed replacement). I was extremely happy to hear that the issues were mostly best case scenarios / minor labor required and the bill was very low given how much could have been charged. In my 25+ years of dealing with mechanics, I've encountered a handful of shady and borderline criminal estimates and work orders which makes this experience even more of a relief. Matt and his team have earned my trust should I ever need additional work done. Additionally, Matt highlighted some recommended additional maintenance that he discovered which was outside the scope I knew about, which I will need to (and will) follow up. Their expertise and ethical business practices make them a clear selection for anyone looking for a mechanic, particularly for older BMWs.

I had a horrible experience at Roundel today. Made an appointment to get an 02 sensor fixed in my Mini Cooper 2 weeks ago for today. I left my mini there at 8 am this morning . Told them also it may need springs and wanted them to check the suspension . When I didn't hear from them by 3 pm, I called and they told me that they had to order the parts!! And were not able to get to my car today! Don't understand why they hadn't already ordered the part? But more than that why they didn't call me earlier today to tell me they couldn't get to my car?? If I hadn't called them, I would not have known!! When I did get them on the phone, he went on and on about how they couldn't get anyone to work. Took a day off of work to get this done today and Uber to get there to pick up my car( $27). Expensive day and my car is still not repaired. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If their work is anything like their communication and consideration for their customers, I wouldn't want them to touch my car!! They lost me as a customer! UPDATE In response Roundel owner I should've been contacted when you had my car for 7 hrs. Heard nothing from you all day. Had to find out when I finally went and picked up my car at 3 pm. When I got home at 4:30, I made appointment elsewhere for next morning 8 am. They had my car repaired by noon. They didn't need to order parts. If you advertise that you specialize working on a specified make of car Mini Coopers and BMW you shouldn't need to order parts for routine repairs. Never met you sir and certainly won't miss Roundel Werks
