i expect a store to be open when it says or but this one had no intention of that. Their google maps listing gives store hours. Their phone message says "our showroom is open by chance or appointment". without the benefit of a closed sign on the door, i wasted not only the trip but also parking and walking up to the door

I stopped by Paul Madden Antiques on a whim. I am so glad I did! I found a beautiful vintage Nantucket Lightship Basket. Mr. Madden was great to talk with - he shared all the history he knew of the basket and I'm very happy with my purchase.
