Our family jeweler! Both my mom and mother in law get all of their jewelry here so you can imagine how many times I've stopped in. The staff and especially owner are super nice, friendly and helpful. My husband actually got my engagement ring here which definitely makes it our family jeweler! He does amazing work!

Impressed in every way. Came here to sell some old rings that were just laying around, and received the most honest and respectful opinion and offer. Previously we visited two pawn shops and just weren't happy with their offers, so my sister let us know of an ad she had heard on the radio saying that Jewel Box buys estate jewelry and gold. We headed over, with mixed opinions on what the offer from a jewelry store would be. Right away, you could tell that he was comfortable with the jewelry, assed its quality quickly, and came back to us with an estimate on the 14k and 10k rings. His estimate on just 4 of the rings was higher than we had gotten on all 5. It was what he did next that blew us away though - he told us not to sell one of them, because the stones we real and it is actually worth several hundred dollars. He could have just bought it from us at the gold weight, turned around and sold it, and we never would have known. Instead, he encouraged us to sell that one privately either online or to a friend. Good thing we turned down those two other offers!! I was incredibly impressed by his honesty and knowledge. The shop itself is filled with a lot of sea/Cape Cod themed items: my favourite! I will be happy to come back here and shop in the future.

I highly recommend the Jewel Box and the owner Brian. His custom jewelry is amazing and his stock is beautiful. He can take an idea and create an amazing piece that you will love forever. He, his mother and all his staff are helpful, honest and not over bearing like the chain jewelers. If you want a special piece please stop by here!
