The staff need more training on there products, they made a costly mistake.

I love these folks! I am always greeted with a smile and a dog cookie. I have an equity loan, a checking and savings account.I highly recommend this bank for both their products and personnel.

Lady grabs phones without asking. Even Starbucks employees know not to do that. She wasn't helpful after that either. Guess it's time for a new bank.
