Not impressed with Cape Medical or Adapt Health in general. Feels like the company is excelling in mediocrity and more interested in revenue than helping customers.Calling in for billing questions I ended up talking a call center where English was not the primary language (I could hear the back ground conversations all occurring in Spanish???) and my request to understand an unexpected bill could not be comprehended or explained.I am now working with my referring Physician to identify an alternative business that will address my concerns.

Completely dysfunctional company. Refused to resubmit claims to the right group within my insurance company and auto billed my credit card as though there was no insurance. I can insurance company called and the company refused to re-bill the claim to the right department. Insurance company filed complaint against them. Avoid and use another company. Very sketchy and awful service.

This company sucks big time. Do not use them!! They gave me a CPAP machine 4 months ago. The CPAP worked fine for the first 3 months then it started to fall apart! First the heated tube stopped working. They sent me a new one that was not for my CPAP machine. Then they sent me the right one. everything was fine for a few days. Then my machine stopped working altogether!! they wanted me to take time off work and take it to their office to trouble shoot. I said can't we try and trouble shoot it and send me new parts. the only thing i could think of was the power supply had to be replaced. Just about 3 weeks later i get a new power supply but my machine will still not work!! No support at all. So now I'm waiting for them to send me an appointment so they can trouble shoot it! So now I have to lose work time and go out of my way to their office to trouble shoot my CPAP. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are awful to work with! You call and they send you around and around to different apartments which none have any expertise with CPAP machines! please do not use this company you will regret it in the long run!! would have given them a minus 5 starts if i could have!!! I swear they gave me a used machine (no proof) but funny how it worked fine for 3 months then that was it!!!! stay away!!!!!!

My whole experience from the beginning has been outstanding. Communication from the beginning has been above my expectations. I recently moved from LINCARE because they never contacted me on any level. I am glad I did. And Debbie from the local office was very nice and helpful. Thank YOU!
