Lately, I have worked with many contractors of various types on Cape Cod, but Baltic Security delivers on their promise... Best technical understanding of what we needed, super techs who did the installation work and then, after completion, John Bielkus, the owner, returns. He goes over all the training.... manuals, insurance certificates for insurance discount, decals, yard sign...everything. We felt totally confident that our system was ready to go. And, our system is monitored via a cellular radio connection, not by telephone lines that can be cut. Also you get a Smartphone app for remote alarm system control for free on as many Smartphones that you want.. And....THE BEST PART...No Monitoring Contract!!!... of any kind. Like John said, he wants customers to be totally satisfied with their system...not forced into a contract to pay for something that they don't want anymore, or can no longer afford.... or worse, doesn't work right. I don't think that could happen since they are always on top of every system they install. If something is ever wrong Baltic takes care of it right away. Best of Cape Cod!!

Baltic Security is the right choice for you if your thinking about putting an alarm system. They have installed in my home and office (large fire alarm system/camera system for the office). Customer service is they key, it's great to have a local company like this to help you out if you have a question about your system at any time. They've been around for a long time and know what they're doing. A+.

I trust these guys. We were nervous about even inviting an alarm company into our home to look around, but Baltech was recommended by friends who'd known them for years. They took the time to create a proposal to fit our specific needs-- for our security worries, our home, our budget. Installation was easy, and they follow up to make sure all is working well. The system works great. With more and more break-ins in our neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, we are happy with the multi level security system we've got and the price we pay.

I highly recommend Baltic Seurity Systems to anyone who values high quality equipment and personal ownership The owner himself explains all the new options available and how they work helping you decide what you need. You never overpay or purchase what is not needed. Also you will get patient explanation of how to use your system. Local small business is always better than huge corporation ownership.

I met with John Bielkus, the owner, a number of times to go over the various options for what I needed. He patiently and professionally refined the design until it represented exactly what I needed, without going overboard. He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and quality work! Finding someone who does a good job the first time is hard to come by these days. John and his team are very professional and courteous. Very responsive to phone calls and I never have to wait on hold or listen to some annoying robot automated voice system. Definitely recommended!

I called Baltic Security for an alarm system for my home. John Bielkus, the owner, came himself and explained all my options. He was fantastic. I had no prior experience about what I need and what is available. Baltic then installed a super system protecting all my doors and windows and now I also have a FOB to turn the system on and off from my car when I leave and come home. Oh and the best part... no contract. That is their main policy. NO contract. Not like other companies that make you sign your life away. John feels that it is more important that you be happy with you system and Baltic and not locked into a contact... and I know he would always make it right! Very happy with my choice.
