We placed our order for a tough to find 7ft ladder on-line and it was literally ready for us to pick up in 5 minutes! The store sent us a text stating that the ladder was ready, it was waiting at the door for us when we walked in! No waiting, paid on-line, very easy transaction !! Outstanding local service!!!! Very simple. I ordered fertilizer, lime and GrubX on line. Aubuchon notified me when the order was ready and then helped me load it up.

Halfway through a large exterior painting project. We required another gallon of Benjamin Moore paint, tinted to match the gallon we were drawing from. I handed Nick the manager the can that had been mixed at that counter a previous visitOnce back at the job site I opened the can and recognized the color was different I called Nick, I explained my concern, that the paint color was different and that the label on the top of the can did not have the 3rd pigment listed on label as the can I provided him to duplicate.Nicks answer was trust me I saw the third pigment go in but the label printer did not print it out. Now that seemed odd to me.I proceeded to apply the new paint to the house after about 20 minutes, I recognized I was wasting my time.I brought to Nick a piece of wood painted with fresh paint from the old can and fresh paint from his can he made there was quite a difference as he also recognized.I asked Nick to correct this problem his answer was that I had accepted the painted mixed for me earlier therefore there's no returns and if I wanted he would try to add pigment to fix the problem . My thought,Being a pro customer with aubuchon didn't matter his mistake wasn't going to fix my problem.I decided to try Aubuchon hardware in So Sandwich off of Cotuit Rd. Chris the manager looked at the old can of paint looked at the new can recognize the problem presented this to Dale in the painting dept. Dale mixed the paint properly, tested this with the sample I brought in. Perfect match.I now have to drive an additional 5 miles but I now have a new hardware store that I have confidence in the team and products thank you

First time ordering on-line for curbside pick-up. It worked out very well. Store staff was very helpful and pleasant, the order was checked before leaving, and all items were there. I'd try this again in instances when I can't personally shop in the store. Thank You.
