A tiny, quaint post office with only one service window, as far as I could see, and a small but typical lobby full of PO boxes and mail drop-off chutes. Still, when I stopped by on a recent midday, things were super quiet, and I was able to get some stamps and mail some last-minute holiday cards super quickly and efficiently.

I showed ip just before close up time and only had the paperwork i needed to mail. The person behind the counter helped me to get an envelope, require a signature to receiving and sent it out.Nice, polite and great customer service. This was a time sensitive material that needed to arrive to its location within 2 days. An it did.

I was hesitant going here because of reviews. But, I went. A young girl waited on me. I had two boxes to mail plus information needed on overnight delivery. She was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. So glad she waited on me.

I have used the services of this post office for many years. It is efficient and the worker is very business-like. I'm used to the person at the counter not smiling a whole lot. That's fine. Realize she does a lot on her own there. The results of the service are fine. I hope the location is maintained.

I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and this has been the most unpleasant experience that I’ve ever had. The person at the front desk who is a female was rude and impatient with her customers. I should’ve checked out the other reviews prior to visiting this location however I did not and received the same unpleasant experience at this post office. I realize that no one has reached out and made a complaint so therefore I will make this complaint as of today.

I am a local in the town of Salisbury, MA. For years, this is the post office I have been going to. For years, I have dealt with ‘Dona’ (I think her name is), the only person who seems to run the desk. I always act patient and kind to this lady, but she always fires back with a serious attitude! I don’t know what made her this way, but she is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met! It’s not just me either! Clearly the reviews are flooded with complaints towards her! I’ve even heard people tell me, “yeah that post office lady in your town is f**king crazy!”. I hope you’re reading this, Dona.

This isn’t about the office itself but the carrier who came by at 10:14 am for a signature on 05/10/19 while we are at work. I received a text that said...USPS tried to deliver your package

This lady has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

We waited for a half hour while the post lady literally typed one letter at a time with a smirk on her face. I've never seen this level of incompetence and blatant disregard for customer service. This is why this government agency is always on the verge of bankruptcy. What I wouldn't give for a fedex right now.

This tiny post office is very busy. Located in the center of Salisbury Square, parking can be found on the street or in a small adjacent lot. The window is closed from 1pm to 2pm, otherwise you can do all the usual post office business from 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday and until noon on Saturdays.. The lobby is open for access to post office boxes from 8:00 to 5:00 M-F and until noon on Saturdays. The woman who usually works here, Donna, is worth her weight in gold. Usually alone, she handles a line of people with patience and great composure. I just returned from the post office and since it is less than a week before Christmas there are a lot of people there mailing packages. Whether needing assistance with zip codes, mailing prices, shipping times or even money orders, Donna can help you out. Well done USPS.

Someone needs to fix the address of this location if it still exists. The GPS took us into a plaza that didn't have a post office. Gave up after 10 minutes looking for a place that wasn't around.

One stop shopping at this very tiny office. There are no mail carriers out of the office. Also, there is no post master at this location; just one woman who works hard behind the counter. Private and shared parking lot, plus on street parking. The rating is 4 because it is a one person shop and 1 staff person to handle during the rush is crazy. You can stand in line for quite a bit just to get stamps. You are better off buying the stamps online. The rating is also 4 because it is such a small office which means very few P.O. boxes to lease. There is usually a waiting list for the P.O. boxes. Otherwise, the woman staff member works hard and handles all the mail all day long every day of the week and on Saturday. I don't know how she does it. I do remember when there were a couple staff working the office.
